Our shop utilizes two state-of-the-art Plasma Cutting Systems
assuring a continuous flow of sheet metal fittings to our production staff.
Utilizing multiple systems allows our staff to virtually guarantee
when your order will be delivered.

 

WATER-JET
DUCT LINER CUTTING
The computerized Water Jet uses a fine pressurized
stream of water to cut the acoustical liner with pin point accuracy.

FULL TWELVE STATION
COIL-LINE
Our Coil-Line is capable of producing straight ductwork from 5 ft. wide
coil stock, in either wrap-around style or in half sections. If you need
internally insulated ductwork, our Coil-Line can produce that as well.

 

SPIRAL DUCT
Hopewell Sheet Metal is fully equipped to produce spiral duct
in sizes ranging from 4" Ø to 36" Ø in up to 20' lengths.

SPIRAL FITTINGS
Also, with the capabilities of our Gore Lock machine and the
world's fastest Rollformer machine, we can provide you with the spiral
fittings to go along with your spiral duct. From reducers to elbows,
end caps and taps, all these are available to you the customer.

WELDING
We offer a full service weld shop open to the public which includes the welding of: Galvanized, Cold Rolled Steel, Aluminum and Stainless Steel
